The simplest thought is 'practice make perfect'...

Why do you think children and all of us had a vaccination? The reasons is to give us immunity from certain bugs...

I absolutely agree with your ideas...base on my experienced losing my mom and brother at the same time wasn't a good memory...and at first I thought the world is turning against me and was devastated.

But I managed to let go the bad memory switching it to memoirs of us during our good times when she was alived...and that's help me move on quickly...it's hard yes,time consuming yes, coz it took determination to trick our grey matter but at the end of the day I did it!...

Those experiences make me stronger, wiser and knowledgeable.
