Like DaPocket said, we tend to give excuse to justify our decision, when the fact is we need not. We actually already have a decision in mind

but one kept on giving excuse for the NO first n then say no…
Japanese is hard to say no.

Sometimes instead of accepting that simple fact, we try to live in denial by circumstantial, or even tangential justification — elaborating on and on.. away from the answer.

Option A – “I like him but he’s too short, has no money and future security, with facial assymmetry. Oh my please tell me what to do….bla bla.. I don’t wanna be mean but.. bla bla.. zzzz..”

Option B – “I want a new boyfriend.”

Setuju dengan banji. Life is most of the time simple. But when simplicity is harsh or unsatisactory, we tend to complicate.
