A man hated his wife’s cat and he decided to get rid of it. He drove 20 blocks away from home and dropped the cat there. The cat was already walking up the driveway when he approached his home.

The next day, he decided to drop the cat 40 blocks away but the same thing happened.

He kept on increasing the number of blocks but the cat kept on coming home before him. At last he decided to drive a few miles away, turn right, then left, past the bridge, then right again and another right and so on until he reached what he thought was a perfect spot and dropped the cat there.

Hours later, the man calls his wife at home and asked her, “Lynn is the cat there?” “Yes, why do you ask?” answered the wife. Frustrated the man said, “Put that cat on the phone, I am lost and I need directions.”

Moral of the storyΒ :

  • Do not hate cats..
  • “Malu bertanya sesat jalan” πŸ™‚

————— Personal Note ————————–
I used to have pets with my brothers. There were cats, birds, tortoise etc. The thing is, we don’t give them fancy names like Putih, Belang or anything. We actually name them Kucing for the cat, and Kora for the tortoise. Birds I don’t remember. We took care of the Kora the longest. I think for more that 6 or 7 years. It grew from a little as the size of two fingers until it reached the size of about 20 cm.

Personally I think owning a pet is a big responsibility. And if we cannot take care of them, it is better to leave them alone. What do you think?

mmg a good listener. tp kucing sy dulu bergantung pada mood. kalau mood baik dia akan setia mendengar. kalau x baik, kita tgh menyembang dia tanpa rasa bersalah – menguap and walk away

    ada ka patut eheh

hehehe.. i like the cat story.. tersengih lebar bile bace..
erm i think kan, once u nk pelihara a pet, then u have to keep on pelihara it la.. sian die bile kite dh tak larat jage, kite biarkan jek.. i mean, animals also knows how to take care itself kan but still we cant just avoid them like that kan.. i love animals, so dats y saya tak suke biarkan ia bile kite dh own it.. tapi, i blom lagi own a pet since parents tk bagi sume.. so i slalu main kucing jiran sbb kucing tuh slalu dtg umah.. hehe.. so kucing tuh mmg jadik teman setia la bile die dtg n kebetulan at that time i was alone at home.. hehe..

btw, mandarin test went well! i’m very satisfied.. =D

diha – setuju dgn diha, kalau kita rasa x mampu bela sampai akhir hayat dia, baik jgn start. dulu banyak pet sy yg mati, terasa bersalah sgt.

tp seriusly kalau mampu, by all mean please get a pet. mungkin nasib diorg lebih baik.. πŸ™‚

tahniah on the mandarin test πŸ™‚

    Lately… i dont feel like
taking care of ikan is a good thing to do… cause they’re suppose to swim freely
(Even for those which bred in captivities)
N i dont think by taking care of their temp n water acidity gives them much pleasure in life.
goes the same to birds too…
    but different with kucing:D
    cause they jalan jalan around your house n mark them as if it was their area ^^;

pocket – totally agree with u. animals are not meant to be kept in captivity.

I will definitely not encourage my children to kept one. except of course animals that can roam freely, such as cats etc. We are just the human giving them food and shelter πŸ™‚

I dont like cats. Or any other pets. (have an aquarium tho here in my room, but no fish, just for the soothing sound of water flowing from the filter :-p)

So I’m doing exactly like u said. Leaving them alone.

I think it’s troublesome. It gets fussy to leave house if u have pets. Dont u think?

intan – soothing sound of water.. hm if it was me, I may be more frequent going to the toilet hearing the suggestive sound heheh

and yes.. it is definitely harder to leave home if u have a pet. My uncle previously drive back to Kedah, with all his cats. There’s two of them.. And of course the the car immediately smell a bit different πŸ™‚

miss the kucing too.. even though, i had very little experience with it
