drunk

This one I got from Lowyat.net credit to ALittleMisfit 🙂

A drunk had been at a pub all night. At last call, the drunk stood up to leave and fell flat on his face. He tried to stand one more time, to the same result.

He figured he’d crawl outside to get some fresh air, since maybe that would sober him up. Once outside, he stood up and fell flat on his face. So he decided to crawl the four blocks to his house.

When he arrived at the door he stood up and again fell flat on his face. He crawled through the door and into his bedroom. When he reached his bed he tried one more time to stand up. This time he managed to pull himself upright, but he quickly fell right into bed and was sound asleep the second his head hit the pillow.

He was awakened the next morning by his wife shouting, “So you’ve been out drinking again, have you?!”

“No! What makes you say that?” he asked, putting on his best innocent expression.

“The pub called… you forgot your wheelchair again.”

Lesson learnt
– Nothing good can come from drinking (liquor that is)
– The mind is a priceless thing to waste
– Instead of killing it via drinking, isn’t it better be used for blogging 🙂

Enjoy your Sunday everyone!

dentist
A man and his wife walked into a dentist’s office. The man said to the dentist, “Doctor, I’m in one hell of a big hurry! I have two buddies sitting out in my car waiting for us to go play golf. So forget about the anesthetic and just pull the tooth and be done with it– I don’t have time to wait for the anesthetic to work!

The dentist thought to himself, “Damn. This sure is a strong man, asking me to pull his tooth without using anything to kill the pain.”

So the dentist asked him, “Which tooth is it, sir?”

The man turned to his wife and said, “Open your mouth, Honey, and show the doctor which tooth hurts.”

A boy, John watched his daddy’s car pass by the school playground and go into the woods. Curious, he followed the car and saw Daddy and Aunt Karen into a passionate embrace. Little Johnny found this so exciting that he could not contain himself as he ran home and started to tell his mother.

“Mommy, i was at the playground and I saw Daddy’s car go into the woods with Aunt Karen. I went back to look and he was giving Aunt Karen a big kiss, then he helped her take off her shirt. Then Aunt Karen helped Daddy take his pants off, then Aunt Karen…”

At this point Mommy cut him off. “John, this is such an interesting story. Why dont you tell the rest of it during dinner? I want to see the look of your Daddy’s face when you tell it tonight.”

At the dinner table, Mommy asked little John to tell his story. John started his story: ” i was at the playground and I saw Daddy’s car go into the woods with Aunt Karen. I went back to look and he was giving Aunt Karen a big kiss, then he helped her take off her shirt. Then Aunt Karen helped Daddy take his pants off”

The Daddy started to sweat..

“then Aunt Karen and Daddy started doing the same thing that Mommy and Uncle Jack used to do when Daddy was in the Army.”

Lesson Learnt
– sometimes you need to listen to the whole story before you interrupt!

Have a nice weekend everyone! 🙂
